• Ensure that your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
• Pay all applicable fees and commissions as outlined in your vendor agreement.
• Handle customer service issues related to your products in a timely manner.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Rexxonis or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexxonis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any transactions between Buyers and Vendors.
• Any third party products or services purchased or obtained through the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rexxonis and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
