Rexxonis is designed for healthcare professionals, medical facilities, and organizations that need to purchase medical products. This includes hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and individual healthcare practitioners. We also welcome qualified vendors who supply medical products and equipment.

Creating an account is simple. Click on the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page, fill out the registration form with your details, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and start using our platform.

For Buyers

To place an order, browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and select a payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment solutions. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners to ensure your financial information is protected.

You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the "Orders" section. There, you'll find a list of all your orders with their current status. Click on an order to view detailed tracking information, including shipment updates and estimated delivery dates.

For Vendors

To become a vendor, click on the "Sell on Rexxonis" link in the footer, fill out the vendor application form with your business details, and submit it for review. Our team will verify your information and credentials. Once approved, you'll receive access to the vendor dashboard where you can set up your store and start listing products.

We offer different subscription plans for vendors with varying features and commission rates. The Basic plan is free with a 10% commission per sale. As a vendor, you'll have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can manage your products, inventory, orders, and store settings. You can add new products, update existing ones, track inventory levels, process orders, and view sales reports. Support & Policies

Our return policy varies by vendor and product category. Generally, products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
